Reported to be the original destination of Alf and Joan Wight's honeymoon and still used regularly by their family. The Wensleydale Heifer located in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales has been fully refurbished retaining the original features while offering guests every modern comfort. The accommodation boasts nine themed bedrooms based upon many of the unique traditions of the dales.

This 17th Century coaching, winner of 2 AA rosettes and awarded "AA Sea Fish Restaurant of The Year" for England hides a smart modern seafood restaurant and fish bar offering two different dining experiences. The fish bar is less formal, with its sea grass flooring, wooden tables and rattan chairs, while the restaurant has a much more cotemporary and casually formal atmosphere. The extensive kitchen demonstrates its pedigree via a repertoire awash with the fruits of the sea and locally sourced quality meats that are handled with simplicity and the expertise that can only be achieved by award winning chefs.
