Description:

This charming Bed and Breakfast is located in the heart of Thirsk in a Grade II listed cottage dating back to the 17th century. Directly across the road from The World of James Herriot, we offer guests a warm welcome to our home which has been thoughtfully adapted to offer luxurious Bed and Breakfast accommodation, while retaining the original exposed beams and fireplaces.

As members of the 'deliciouslyorkshire' breakfast scheme we pride ourselves on using excellent locally sourced foods and fair trade products to start your day with a 'tasty breakfast'!

With free wireless internet access and digital TV/DVD's in your room you can while away an evening, watching episodes of 'All Creatures Great & Small', or if you prefer, watching any of our excellent range of DVD's in our library.

The Gallery is just two minutes walk from Thirsk's busy Market Square with its many shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants and it's very own cinema, as well as being close to the racecourse.  Thirsk is an excellent base to explore the North York Moors, the Yorkshire Dales, Harrogate, Ripon and the historic city of York. The Yorkshire coast and Whitby are within easy travelling distance.
