A traditional country house hotel with 24 individually decorated bedrooms, many of which overlook the nine acres of award winning gardens and the surrounding countryside. The Garden Room Restaurant offers an experience to remember serving lunch and dinner every day, it has large south facing windows so guests can enjoy the fantastic views at the same time as enjoying the fine cuisine skilfully prepared by our team of experienced chefs.
Silks Brasserie is a 50 seater stylish restaurant, open 10.00 am 10.00 pm, serving modern, contemporary, good quality food, with locally sourced ingredients cooked using fresh fine herbs from the hotel's own gardens prepared with passion by our team of enthusiastic chefs. An innovative approach allows visitors to witness for themselves their food being prepared thanks to the open plan design of the restaurant and kitchen. Stables Bar, adjacent to Silks is the perfect place for a pre or post dinner drink, alternatively simply relax in the luxury leather sofas to sip on a cold pint, glass of wine or cocktail and watch the world go by. Silks and Stables sit alongside an enclosed courtyard that offers an al fresco dining terrace, covered decking area and built in BBQ.
