These 4 well-equipped cottages have been sympathetically converted from former farm buildings and retain many of their original wooden beams and exposed brickwork.
The cottages are set around a lawned courtyard garden, in a peaceful rural location, providing a relaxing holiday retreat in a comfortable environment. They’re ideally situated between the North York Moors and Yorkshire Dales National Parks with amazing panoramic views and fantastic walking and cycling. The attractive market town of Northallerton is only 3 miles away.
Local places of historic interest include Kiplin Hall, Mount Grace Priory, Fountains Abbey, Richmond Castle and lots more in the surrounding area. The various other places of interest include the Black Sheep Brewery at Masham, The Arboretum and Birds of Prey Centre at Thorp Perrow and horse racing at Catterick and Thirsk.
For sports enthusiasts the local golf club and driving range is 1.5 miles away and there is horse riding and fishing in the vicinity.
The cities of York and Durham are within easy travelling distance by road or rail and the coast at Whitby is easily accessible.
